Mr. Gallagher has been providing commercial and residential underwriting services to Lenders for the past six years.  Prior to offering underwriting as an a la carte service, Mr. Gallagher performed underwriting services as part of an overall project scope.

The client can then make accurate decisions having all parameters in hand leading to a higher performing portfolio with reduced defaults and should a default occur, the client has remedies in hand rather than being blindsided which happens all too often.
